Spring is in the air, with only 36 more days left in the school year.  We will begin state testing on Monday. Please make sure your student gets plenty of rest and eats a nutritious breakfast on their testing days.  Thank you for talking with your students about the assessment and the importance of trying their best.  I see how hard our students are working in class.  This is your child’s opportunity to show off their learning.  Students in grades 3-4 will test for approximately 6 hours on all 4 assessments.  Students in 5th grade will test for around 8 hours for all 5 assessments.  Students do have as much time as they need to complete the assessments.  Attendance is very important this time of year, please review the schedule below and have your students here ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, and especially on their testing weeks.
